Don't be
fooled, though change is necessary it is very difficult. If not
planned well, it could cause major disruptions. It is human nature for
many to be against change, because it takes us out of our comfort
zones. Therefore, you must ease the change carefully and communicate
constantly (including listening) to make sure that people can see the
value and need for change but also to reduce conflicts and risks
through the process.
